Furoshiki Japanese Bags

Created by Kotonowa in Kyoto, Japan. These furoshiki bags are part of the Tsunagu line. Furoshiki is the tradition of using different fabrics to wrap and transport personal belongings such as clothes, gifts or food. Originally no handles was used in the tradition of furoshiki, but over time people began creating handles out of leather, bamboo or other materials.

Each bags starts as a large square of fabric, and is then wrapped around the leather handle to secure it.

Available in orange, blue, navy, or gray with handle colors of white, black, brown or orange.
